Hello

Ever since I was a kid, I always remember discussing with my parents ways to solve problems. I guess you could say I came from a family of problem solvers. When I was a kid, my parents were always working on jigsaw puzzles every night. Nowadays, I like working on different kinds of puzzles. In particular, business puzzles. My penchant for solving business puzzles has been enhanced over time by my unique set of skills which are:

-I am a restorer-I am adept at dealing with problems. Because I like dealing with problems, I am really good at figuring out what is wrong and resolving it. When problems get resolved, your business is able to grow and thrive.

-I enjoy wooing others-I love the challenge of meeting new people and winning them over. Because of this, I derive satisfaction from breaking the ice and making a good connection with others. The benefit is no one is ever going to ask “why did you hire this jerk” if you go with me.

​

-I thrive on competition - I measure progress against the performance of others. Because of this, I strive to win first place and revel in contests. Therefore, I will help you and your team feel very comfortable entering the arena and will shepherd you through the dogfight/process.

​

-I like to achieve significant accomplishments - I want to make a big impact. Because of this, I am independent and prioritize projects based on how much influence they will have on your organization and people. Therefore, you won’t have to give me a lot of direction so I won’t take up much of your time.

​

-I excel when it comes to communication - I generally find it easy to put my thoughts into words. So, I am a good conversationalist and presenter. Therefore, you will find working with me to be easy and if I need to do presentations to others, they will be well received.

​

Also, I have an accounting background and am a licensed CPA (inactive). Because of my accounting background, I am able always be bottom-line focused. This bottom-line focus allows me to achieve winning results that bring a return to the business.

​

My most gratifying business experiences have involved taking badly performing teams and businesses and turning them around. The advantage to that is that we can start today, right where you are. The benefit of this is that you get to start to realize the results of working with me sooner.

 

Another interesting aspect of this whole exercise is how my different strengths blend together with one another. Like when my restorative strength plays with my WOO strength you will find that I am a natural when it comes to solving problems and with my unique social talent, I easily enlist the support of others to help. Because of this, others will go along with plans I come up with without a lot of convincing. Therefore, you don’t have to spend as much time getting folks to buy into what I say is the right course of action.

Another example - Like when my restorative strength plays with my significance strength you will find that one of my primary strategies for victory is identifying flaws and mistakes and working to reduce or eliminate them. Because of this, I am able to quickly identify opportunities for improvement and come up with a mitigation plan. Therefore, I won’t take an endless period of time where I study the issues before I come up with my recommendations.
